I recently had the pleasure of staying Intercontinental, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional hospitality, making me feel truly welcomed. The Suite room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The location was also a major highlight for those looking for relaxing stay away from traffic and do have lovely surrounding garden.

The resort meets international standards, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and facilities. I especially appreciated the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, which are accessible to women. I also enjoyed the mini-golf, paddle courts, kids’ club, and the good-quality food. A fantastic stay with exceptional service from Mr. Mashaan and duty manager Mr. Jamseel at the front desk, along with courteous and professional staff. The housekeeping, especially Mr. Vijay, was excellent. Kids enjoyed the spacious rooms, swimming pools, mini golf, tennis, and the kids club. The international breakfast was delightful, and the restaurant staff were very courteous. It's suggested to cover the swimming pool in the afternoon for sun protection. Overall, a wonderful stay for both kids and Us.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and spa! Mahmood was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and the rest of the staff were equally welcoming and attentive. The service exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and spa to friends and family—it was a memorable and relaxing stay!

It’s a great place to spend the weekend or any other holiday. The vibes in the place were amazing. The staff did an excellent job. The rooms were great. Cleanliness was more than excellent. The facilities were very good. The prices were reasonable. The service was wonderful. I truly had a great time with my family.

My stay was comfortable. Everything was near perfect to me. We enjoyed out stay and will return back to have more fun. A must visit resort for someone who would like to relax and have fun with children.

This is our 2nd time visiting. This is a little gem on the outskirts of Riyadh. Very family orientated but also great for couple and businesses. Staff are exceptional. Manager Hasan from the restaurant was awesome and helpful. Enas from reception was so very helpful with us and made our stay even better. Food is top class, breakfast was lovely with amazing selections. Spa facilities are incredible. We will visit again for sure.
