InterContinental Durrat Al Riyadh Resort & Spa, an IHG Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying Intercontinental, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional hospitality, making me feel truly welcomed. The Suite room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The location was also a major highlight for those looking for relaxing stay away from traffic and do have lovely surrounding garden.

The resort meets international standards, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and facilities. I especially appreciated the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, which are accessible to women. I also enjoyed the mini-golf, paddle courts, kids’ club, and the good-quality food. The staff provided excellent service, and I would like to extend my special thanks to VIJAYKANTH for his outstanding hospitality. He took great care in arranging our room and ensuring we had an exceptional stay.

This is our 2nd time visiting. This is a little gem on the outskirts of Riyadh. Very family orientated but also great for couple and businesses. Staff are exceptional. Manager Hasan from the restaurant was awesome and helpful. Enas from reception was so very helpful with us and made our stay even better. Food is top class, breakfast was lovely with amazing selections. Spa facilities are incredible. We will visit again for sure.

Finely cared hospitality from the very first step to the hotel. Smiles, a simple lemonade and a start which places your mind in a different vibe. Decoration and ambience of the room and halls is part of the disconnection. Full of great paintings everywhere, in addition to a cool design for the reception's roof. Reaz Hasan takes big part of this review, taking care of details and giving outstanding support in a urgent medical situation, involving ambulance. Staff and facilities are top notch, plus a very handy indoor grocery store, equipped with variety of products.

We were delighted with the warm welcome from the staff, starting from the entrance to the reception. The reception was full and accommodating, and we were assisted by the manager, Jameel, during check-in. We appreciated that the entire family could swim in the pool without any gender restrictions. Free swimming lesson for my daughter was given the next morning.The presence of a small garden, fish, and a playground for kids added to the pleasant atmosphere. The lamb chops at dinner were amazing, and the breakfast offered a wide range of international options. They even made a delicious hot chocolate for me upon request. My wife enjoyed her massage, and I particularly liked the spacious terrace and room. The live singer band next to the pool, with Caribbean vibes and bossa nova music, added to the ambiance.
